2020 has been a year of challenge and change for all of us, but obstacles often lead to a transformation of what we believe to be possible. Today, as we look back over the last 365 days, we want to celebrate our year of success with you, Figuramians, because these achievements would never have happened without your support.

3 Major Industry Awards

At the start of the year, your support led to Figurama Collectors receiving 3 major industry awards from BMUTHA:

• Favorite Company 2019 (51% of the vote)
• Best Large Anime Statue 2019 – Vash 20^th Anniversary Edition (56.2% of the vote)
• Best Medium Anime Statue 2019 – Kaneki vs. Yamori (55.5% of the vote)

Fastest Sellout Record – Broken (Less than 55 Minutes!)

This year, we preordered:

• Kenshin vs. Shishio 25^th Anniversary Edition Elite Exclusive Statue
• Riko and Reg Elite Diorama Statue
• Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra Elite Fandom Statue
• Ban vs. King Elite Fandom Statue

While all of these statues sold out in less than 6 hours, Riko and Reg Elite Diorama Statue broke our previous sellout record of 4hrs and 30mins by selling out in just 55mins!

First Video Game License + 8 New Licenses Announced

After 5 years of focusing on anime stories and characters, we took a giant industry step by announcing our first video game license, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night! Here’s a look back at our other licenses announced during 2020:

New HQ in Akihabara, Japan

This year, we officially established our headquarters in Akihabara—the heart of Japan’s anime and manga capital! We are a Japanese company and proud of this heritage. This new office will not only enhance our mission but will also put us closer than ever to our Japanese partners, business associates, and legendary artists and creators, who we will be collaborating with to design art for the statue industry.

We truly could not have achieved the many successes we experienced throughout our 2020 year without you. No matter where we are in the world, we universally shared many challenges and faced many obstacles, but one thing that brought us together is our passion for Japanese pop culture and collecting. Getting to interact with our Figuramians through our exclusive Figurama Collectors Hub community or in person at select events has been one of the greatest highlights of our year.
