At Figurama Collectors, transparency, integrity, and uncompromising quality have been our guiding principles for the past 11 years. We are issuing this statement to address an ongoing matter involving one of our manufacturing factory partners to ensure you receive accurate information directly from us.

Recently, this manufacturing partner began demanding payments while imposing non-contractual, unreasonable terms. These included requests that violate our strict licensing agreements with our Japanese partners, as well as unilateral cost increases not stipulated in our contracts. Furthermore, our internal investigation uncovered evidence indicating potential unauthorized attempts to misuse company documentation and signatures.

To ensure inventory integrity before issuing further payments, we requested an official on-site inventory audit. Over the past six months, our international team conducted four separate site visits which we have shown pictures through our monthly production updates for the visits. However, each time we requested an inventory audit, the factory management refused access, offering untenable excuses and failing to verify the security of our stock.

In response to our audit demands, the factory has taken hostile actions to disrupt our business operations, including attempting to auction proprietary production molds, holding inventory hostage, and attempting the illicit distribution of unreleased inventory.

We want to state unequivocally: any auction of our molds, as well as any unauthorized sale or transfer of aforementioned products, constitutes an illegal breach of contract and intellectual property rights. Products obtained through these unauthorized channels have not passed our quality assurance process, cannot be verified for origin, and do not represent the standards of Figurama Collectors.

We are working closely with relevant law enforcement authorities, legal counsel, and our Japanese partners to resolve this matter. We will vigorously pursue strict legal action against any party involved in contract breach, tortious interference, defamation, or the unauthorized sale of our property.

To protect yourselves from counterfeit products, we strongly advise purchasing exclusively through our official website and authorized retail partners. Products acquired through unauthorized channels will not be covered by our customer support or warranty services. We deeply regret any concern or inconvenience this situation may cause. Our team will not abandon any ongoing projects and are currently actively securing solutions for all affected projects, and we will share formal updates as developments occur. For starters, we have a few new partnership in the works with new manufacturing partners but we will need more time to provide concrete updates regarding productions.
