Wonder Festival Winter 2020: Figurama Collectors Reveals 2 Statues and 3 License Announcements

On February 9^th, Figurama Collectors made its biannual appearance at Wonder Festival, the world’s largest figurine exposition. Thousands of collectors visited our booth to witness two never-before-revealed statues and three new license announcements, participate in a statue giveaway, and meet the Figurama Collectors team.

Kenshin VS Shishio 25^th Anniversary Edition Elite Exclusive Statue Revealed – Sells out in 6.5 Hours!

One of our most highly anticipated statues ever announced, Kenshin VS Shishio 25^th Anniversary Edition Elite Exclusive Statue made its official premiere as:

• The first Rurouni Kenshin statue ever created
• The official 25th Anniversary Statue based on the series (includes a specially designed golden emblem)
• The first Figurama Collectors statue based on the samurai genre
• The first Figurama Collectors statue to include diecast metal blades
• The first Figurama Collectors statue to include a complete swappable torso
• The most culturally and historically researched piece ever created by Figurama Collectors, with guidance from a professional in kendo in iaido

In their first look video describing the statue, MCE called it a piece that “does not disappoint,” going on to say that “The base is very elaborate. There’s dirt in the crevices. It looks realistic. Very dynamic, very cool!”

Preorders opened the following Saturday the 15^th, selling out in a lightning-fast 6.5 hours that would do Kenshin’s own godspeed battōjutsu justice!

Made in Abyss Elite Diorama Statue Revealed

The world’s first Made in Abyss statue reimagines Riko and Reg’s descent into the Abyss. Home to hidden Artifacts, the lush ecosystem bursts with life as moss, lichen, and lucky Flowers of Fortitude flourish amid rocky crags. Albino squirrel-like creatures observe the daring adventurers as they traverse rugged terrain and crystalline waters that ebb and flow with LED lighting.

Created as the ultimate 1/6-scale tribute to the anime’s rich world-building, the Made in Abyss Elite Diorama Statue includes an official art print and Certificate of Authenticity signed by Figurama Collectors CEO, Mr. Shanab, and 3D artist, Artem Gansior.

Figurama Collectors is proud to announce three new statues based on three of anime’s most iconic series:

We proudly displayed the three 1^st Place honors we received in the 2019 BMUTHA Statue Awards next to their respective statues. In addition, we unrolled a new banner with the award graphics printed on them for all to enjoy:
