Earlier in the month our negotiations with our courier partners successfully concluded and shipping will be resuming as intended. We apologise for the wait on this matter! Beginning from earlier this week, statues have resumed their journey to you. Some collectors will have already received their tracking numbers at this point and others in the coming days.The shipments will be sent out in batches on a rolling basis.
This first batch that went out includes but is not limited to;

Recently, we have become aware of Figurama Collectors products being offered for sale through sellers and distributors in China which are unequivocally counterfeit products.
As of two years ago, Figurama Collectors ceased all distribution partnerships within China. Since that time, we have not sold, supplied, licensed, or authorized the distribution of our products through Chinese distributors.
As a result, we are unable to verify thecondition, or origin of products currently being sold through these channelsnor provide any after-sales services for it.
To ensure you receive an authentic Figurama Collectors product, we strongly recommend purchasing only through authorized avenues. If you are ever unsure whether a seller is authorized, please reach out to us so we may confirm with you the status of the seller.
