Figuramians are rewarded for their passion and loyalty. Once you become a registered member of Figurama Collectors For General Trading Co. / Limited Liability Company, you can begin earning points simply for doing what you love — building your collection. Every time you purchase products from our website, you'll earn 2% back in reward points that you can apply to future purchases.

Geld is awarded for making purchases on qualifying items from our website, where 2% of the final purchase price will be rewarded in Geld. The final Geld amount excludes taxes, shipping costs and/or fees, and is totaled after discounts or rewards are applied.  Earned Geld points can be applied to future purchases on qualifying items. Geld is only available for redemption as in-store credit.  You cannot redeem the points for cash.

Geld can be redeemed during the checkout process. To apply your rewards, select Geld Points as the discount type during checkout, then enter the amount of Geld you wish to use and hit apply.  You may use all or only part of your Geld balance.  Credits cannot be combined with other Figurama promo codes or website discounts.  Contact customer service (support@figurama-collectors.com) if you have problems applying your rewards.

Geld points are awarded shortly after a payment is completed.  For statues that are paid in full at the time of purchase, all points will be awarded shortly after the payment is confirmed.  For statues that are purchased via a payment plan, 2% in rewards will be applied as each payment is made.

In the event of a cancellation, all Geld points awarded for that purchase are forfeit.

In the event Geld earned from a cancelled order is used and thus cannot be claimed from the customer’s existing Geld, then the customer is responsible for the repayment of the value of all forfeited Geld. 

The amount of Geld earned from purchase of the cancelled item will be deducted from the customer's current Geld balance. If the customer's current Geld balance is not enough to cover the amount originally rewarded for the cancelled item, then the difference in Geld value will be deducted from the customer's cancellation refund.  If the refund is not enough to cover the forfeit Geld, then the difference will be added to a future payment or shipping invoice.

To view your Geld rewards balance, log in to the Figurama Collectors For General Trading Co. / Limited Liability Company website then navigate to your account page.  Your total Geld earned, Geld used, and remaining Geld available for use, is listed at the top left of your account page.

There is no cap on how much Geld can be earned in total, but Geld can only be earned on purchases of three or less of the same statues.  Multiple purchases of the same item will not be rewarded Geld for the quantities greater than three.

Currently items purchased via the wait list are not applicable for Geld redemption, but most regular purchases will have no restrictions.  Figurama Collectors For General Trading Co. / Limited Liability Company reserves the right to cap the number of credits that can be applied for certain products.  You also may not sell, barter or transfer any of your points or your account to another person and/or account.

Accrued rewards do not expire. However, Figurama Collectors For General Trading Co. / Limited Liability Company reserves the right to change this policy or set an expiration date on special promotional credits.
