Refunds (if applicable)
- An order cancellation request must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a full refund.
- Once a payment invoice arrives in your inbox, you will have 15 days to complete the payment. If payment is not received within 15 days, your pre-order will automatically be put On-Hold. Customers that do not pay their invoice within 30 days or communicate to our Customer Support within 30 days that they wish to cancel their order, will have their order cancelled without any prior notice and all payments made will be non-refundable. If the customer communicates within 30 days that they wish to cancel their order, they will be refunded the paid amount, minus the NRD.
- An order that is shipped can no longer be cancelled so cannot be refunded.
- In the case of order cancellation, the paid amount except the NRD will be refunded in full within 90 days from cancelling the order. While we strive to provide refunds as early as possible, most refunds are delivered in the 3rd month.
- For processing a refund request, a collector must send their PayPal account information to email@example.com the refund will be processed within 90 days from the day the customer sends us their PayPal account information.
- If the refund request is accepted and the customer used PayPal as the original form of payment, a credit will be issued via PayPal within 90 days after the customer confirms the PayPal account information such as the Email ID associated with the customers PayPal account. If the customer used another form of payment (such as AXES or Payfort), a PayPal account is still required to process the refund. In either case, the customer is responsible for any applicable PayPal charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you have not received a refund within 90 days, check your PayPal account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account.
- If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace defective parts that are eligible for replacement. However, we do not provide any form of monetary compensation for damaged parts. If you need a replacement, then you can reach us at email@example.com for assistance and please provide images of the damaged portions to be able to assess the situation. Figurama Collectors For General Trading Co. / Limited Liability Company will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement part.
