Hello Figuramians,
Welcome to our May Update!
For this May Update, our Creative Manager had the exciting opportunity to visit our factory in China and spend valuable time with the production and engineering teams. This eventful visit led to many discussions concerning the strengthening of our collaboration for our current and future projects.

We want to thank everyone for the continued support, excitement, and patience surrounding our upcoming releases. Seeing the community’s passion for these projects continues to motivate the entire team as we work to bring each statue to life with the level of quality, storytelling, and presentation, the characters and the stories they inspire from.
Now, let’s all get into what we are here for! The ✨ ~Production Updates~✨

━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━Shipping Updates━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━
As announced in our April update, we have shipped the statues from our waitlist, 10th anniversary, Castlevania, and Made in Abyss out of the factory. In addition, the first batch of Silent Hill 2: Red Pyramid Thing vs James Sunderland statue has also shipped out of the factory, with the second batch currently going through QC being prepared for shipment. However, all the shipments are currently temporarily on hold due to shipping costs negotiations.
We are currently working closely and negotiating with our courier partners regarding recent shipping cost adjustments. At the same time, we are actively exploring additional courier partnerships as part of our broader efforts to strengthen and diversify our logistics network.
While we initially expected these discussions to conclude quickly, they have required a little more time than we anticipated. As discussions remain ongoing longer than expected, we wanted to keep you informed and provide an update on the current proceedings. We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand that many collectors have been awaiting further news. Our team is focused on resolving this as soon as possible.
Once negotiations are complete and shipments resume their journey, our team will proactively reach out by email to collectors awaiting updates on these orders, ensuring everyone receives the information they need and that the delivery process proceeds smoothly. We look forward to seeing these long-awaited collectibles continue their journey to their new homes and sharing more updates with you soon. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we work through this process.
In addition, we recognize that some customers have raised concerns that they aren’t receiving replies from our customer service department regarding their queries. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we have been investigating this matter with the utmost urgency. From our initial findings, we suspect a potential issue with our service provider is preventing certain messages from delivering or being received correctly. We do strongly suspect that to be part of the main issue, but we are also trying to look into every other aspect to make sure that we resolve this situation for the customers.
━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━Production Updates━━━━⊱⋆⊰━━━━
We are mostly still on track for our estimated completion time. We’ll be sharing more updates in the coming months as we move closer toward the release window for these highly anticipated pieces.

During our Creative Manager’s visit to China, several of our statues’ production samples underwent detailed quality control inspections, to ensure the statues lived up to their prototype models.

Black Lagoon Revy is receiving some final refinements. Particular focus is being made on Revy’s tattoo placement on her right arm and shoulder, as we recognize this detail being of great importance for the characterization of Revy. Once the satisfactory adjustments are made, Revy will then enter mass production.

Devilman Sirene during our visit to China we focused on checking the implementation of the breast cover, while also further refining seam integration to ensure an even more polished presentation. Sirene will progress to mass production.

Shaman King Yoh and Hao continue to make excellent progress, with both production samples receiving final tweaks to their LED integration before entering mass production. Yoh is also receiving a few more final adjustments to his 1080 beads. Due to these final adjustments, Shaman King Yoh and Hao may be delayed to early Q3 2026.

We are expecting to see more updates from this lot in the coming months and look forward to sharing with you when the time comes. We will also be seeing updates on a few other pieces as well, such as Yu Yu Hakusho: Yusuke vs Toguro as we enter into Q3 2026.
We are incredibly excited about the future and remain committed to building upon our operational foundations by refining and enhancing our internal processes, helping us further streamline workflows and strengthen coordination with greater efficiency.
Thank you again for your continued support and patience throughout this process. We look forward to sharing more updates, introducing further improvements, and seeing these pieces find their way into your collections.
