Figurama Collectors to Appear at Summer Wonder Festival 2019 in Tokyo

Hot off the colossal heels of our record-breaking Eren VS Armored Titan sellout, Figurama Collectors has even more excitement planned for the Summer Wonder Festival season!

Mark your calendars for July 28, 2019, from 10:00 - 17:00 JST, because we'll be attending Summer Wonder Festival in Tokyo. Leading up to the big day, we'll be showcasing special sneak-peeks, a full statue reveal, license announcements, and—of course—a giveaway contest! Be sure you're a member of the Figurama Collectors Hub so you don't miss a minute of the special announcements we have in store!

Wonder Festival (Japanese writing: ワンダーフェスティバル) is the largest hand model exhibition in the world. The organizer is the old Japanese toy manufacturer Ocean Hall (KAIYODO, founded in 1964, the current president Miyawaki Kenichi). The exhibition was originally founded in 1984 by General Products, the predecessor of GAINAX. It was taken over by Ocean Hall in 1992 and has been for 25 years. The latest official data of WF2017 (summer) held on July 30, 2017 showed that WF exhibitors (number of individual creators) reached 1,978 and the number of exhibitors was 50,757.
