Ambassador of Japan H.E. Mr. Takashi Ashiki Visits Figurama Collectors Office

After the office tour, Mr. Shanab sat down with H.E. Mr. Takashi Ashiki and had a rich conversation regarding the history of manga and Figurama Collectors’ role is spreading Japanese culture to the world.

H.E. Mr. Takashi Ashiki himself has enjoyed manga since he was a child and expressed deep appreciation for Figurama Collectors’ business model, unique detailed style and quality, comparing it to Google’s—a company that has started something new and with a distinct style within the figurine market. He also showed his sincere appreciation to Figurama Collectors contribution to the Japanese anime and manga culture by representing it in the elite high quality statue.

He also shared his excitement that Figurama Collectors will be opening an office in Japan, bringing the brand directly to the homeland of anime and manga.

To express gratitude for H.E. Mr. Takashi Ashiki’s visit, Mr. Shanab presented him with an original Tokyo Ghoul art print by Shueisha, an exclusive shield bearing the Figurama Collectors logo, and the #1 edition of the Tokyo Ghoul: Kaneki VS Yamori Elite Fandom Statue.
